Return Policy
Terms
We accept returns or exchanges for faulty craftsmanship for up to two weeks after items are received. All other sales are considered final. Sale, special, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.
If your item qualifies as returnable, please email our customer service department at info@vocekeen.com for a return authorization number. If you do not obtain a RA #, your package will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.

In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return.
*Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
